Salman Khan’s acquittal from two different cases of Chinkara killing in Rajasthan has raised several questions on the judiciary system of India and on the Rajasthan High Court. After the verdict was declared, where on one hand he supporters and family members of the actor expressed their happiness, on the other wise people of the Indian society also came forward to express their discontent on this verdict by the Rajasthan High Court. How can it possibly happen that no one killed the deer? How can the deer’s body just disappear and how can the only eye witness of both the cases, Harish Dulani, the driver of Salman Khan’s car suddenly got away?

After the verdict, the Rajasthan government said that it would challenge the court’s order in Supreme Court. The Additional Advocate General of Rajasthan has suggested to the state government to file a special leave petition in the Supreme Court in opposition to the High Court’s verdict acquitting actor Salman Khan in two cases of poaching.

Additional Advocate General Kanti Lal Thakur on Friday said, “I have prepared and sent separate opinions in both the judgements to the Principal Secretary (Law) and now the law department of the state government would decide whether it finds my opinion convincing for further action or not.”

“The Rajasthan High Court’s observations and findings in these two cases were unjust, bad in law and contrary to the material evidences”, he said.

Salman Khan on July 25 was acquitted by the Rajasthan High Court in two poaching cases of Chinkaras in Jodhpur which happened in 1998 while he was shooting for director Sooraj Barjatiya’s movie Hum Sath Sath Hain. People came out to twitter and other social media platforms and said what not to express their discontent over this decision. And we feel they were absolutely correct. Salman Khan is the only person who can get away with anything, literally anything. History has been proof of this that Salman has ended up himself in many wrong doings and controversies but has every time gotten away with the same, be it hit and run case, these two poaching cases or his rape comment. Neither has he ever said sorry for something nor has he been punished for any crime. Seriously India, this is high time we all must BOYCOTT Salman Khan.
