Here’s a sneak peek into the life of Mr. India 2017 winner Jitesh Singh Deo

The man whose life has changed overnight Jitesh Singh Deo, winner of the 2017 Mr. India contest. He has managed to garner all eyeballs on him. Jitesh Singh is a young, suave man with the chocolate boy looks.

Let us know more about this young achiever. The 22-year old Jitesh hails from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and is an engineer by education. He studied at the Indraprastha Engineering College in Delhi. Being a model by profession, Jitesh aspired to be an actor.

Deo gave a run for their money to all other 16 contestants who were a stiff competition to him. He was felicitated with the title and a sash by the ‘Queen of Bollywood’ Kangana Ranaut. On being asked which Indian beauty he would like to date, he named Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar.

The Mr. India event was held in Mumbai on December 14, 2017. Jitesh Singh Deo won the title of Peter England Mr. India, 2017.

An insight into likes and dislikes of Mr. India 2017 

Jitesh thinks that winning an Oscar will make him feel that his life is a “huge success”. His likes and hobbies include swimming, travelling, acting, outdoor sports activity. “If I will win, I would travel to different parts of India and learn about the rich heritage and culture,” he said. He has an innate passion for acting. He loves swimming.

What does Jitesh have to say?

About his name being announced, he said, “I did not anticipate it but I had some belief in myself. The power of belief motivates you always. I was speechless when my name was announced. I was blank.”

“Winning this title comes with a lot of responsibility. The competition is going to be tougher. Today, I am enjoying the moment but tomorrow onwards, a new journey will begin and I have to work hard,” he added.
