Bangkok is sizzling, the temperatures there are rising with the IIFA happening in town. Yes, IIFA is back. The award show has already got many Bollywood stars flocking to Bangkok for the green carpet. From Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, to Kriti Sanon and Anil Kapoor, IIFA 2018 promises to be a glitzy and glittery event having the who’s who of Bollywood in attendance. were among the first to be spotted at the 2018 IIFA Awards’ ‘green carpet’.
At the Green Carpet, it was Shraddha and Varun who grabbed all the limelight as the two were teasing each other. Varun told the press at the venue that Shraddha had messaged him that she’d kick his ass with her apparel. Shraddha said that I shouldn’t even think of taking a picture with her, Varun revealed. However, Shraddha questioned the media instead and asked if she looked that way. “Does it look I could have done that,” Shraddha asked the media. The fun conversation between the two gave a lot of fodder to the gathered media.
Later, Varun interacted with a Chinese media person. Varun learnt how to say ‘I love China’ in Chinese from the young lady.
IIFA 2018 final gala will be held on Sunday, preceded by two glitzy evenings in Bangkok itself. While Karan Johan and Ritiesh Deshmukh will be hosting the show, legendary actor Rekha will seen at the IIFA after nearly two years. She would infact also be performing at the event. All the invitees are staying at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, which is located at Sukhimvit Road. The hotel has all major eateries and shopping destinations in its vicinity.
Other celebrities who were seen at the green carpet were Anurag Kashyap and his daughter Aaliya, Dia Mirza, Karthik Aryan, Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Mouni Roy, Urvashi Rautela, Radhika Apte, among many others.
