The uber sultry Kareena Kapoor delivered a healthy baby boy on Monday morning. Saif Ali Khan and the incessant actress have finally become parents to a boy- who is named Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi.
On December 20, Kareena gave birth to the baby boy at the Breach Candy Hospital at 7.30 am.
The new parents released a statement saying, “We are very pleased to share with you all the wonderful news about the birth of our son : Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, on the 20th of December 2016. We would like to thank the media for the understanding and support they have given us over the last 9 months, and of course especially our fans and well wishers for their continued affection. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all…With love, Saif and Kareena.”
Confirming the news, Kareena’s father, actor Randhir Kapoor expressed his excitement and happiness on the birth of Taimur. He reaffirmed that the mother as well as the baby is fine. Thye signalled a good celebration for the whole family.
Saif has had two children- Sara and Ibrahim from his first marriage to Amrita Singh.
Kareena Kapoor’s dearest industry friend, Karan Johar tweeted to render felicitations to her friend and also announced the child’s name. Lovely!

Notably, Kareena carried her pregnancy very well. She literally felt incessant and unstoppable. She was running errands from one short location to walk at a fashion show. Indubiously, she has been a trend-setter for all moms-to-be. With not a hint of inferiority on her face, Kareena carried out her daily routine just as usual.
The doting husband that Saif is, he advised his wife to take it lightly. Saif reportedly urged Kareena to slow down and not over-exert herself to complete her professional assignments. He also requested her wife to slash down her public appearances.
